Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman has been a gymnast in the U.S. for more than 10 decades. She was a member, and captain, for the US Olympic Female Gymnastics Women's Team, Final Five (2012) as well as the Final Five (2016). At the 2012 Olympics in London she won gold medals in team and floor competitions and bronze medal in the balance beam. She became the only American to win the most Olympic medals. She took gold for team in the 2016 Olympics and also made her and Gabby Douglas the first Americans to have back-to-back golds. The silver medals she won came from the floor individual and all-around competitions. The break was for three years between the two Olympics to not compete in gymnastics. Additionally she was a part of two gold-winning American gymnastics squads. Her first experience with gymnastics began at age of 2 and her most loved event is Floor Exercise. Aly has a strong support for an organization called the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization in memory of her grandmother who was diagnosed with cancer and passed away. She plans to pursue a career as a designer. She hopes to pursue expanding her trademark collection of leotards. Fierce the new novel she is working on will be published at the end of this year.
